USUALLY HAS TO DO WITH A FAULTY ABS MODUAL
the turn, hazard, park lambs are controled from the power modual on driver side fender well under the hood. it has a control modual attached to it. the power modual or fuse box has relays in it which power all the out side lights. these power moduals have printed circuits which are bad to fail causing the control modual fail also. usually you end up replacing the power modual and the control modual to fix the problem.
The ABS warning light is on to tell you that there is a problem with the ABS system. Take your car to a knowledgeable mechanic and hook it up to a diagnostic tool and source the problem. It can be as simple as a ABS sensor/wire conector or it may be the ABS modual. Fix the problem and the light will go away. Hope this helps. "G"
