Where did you buy the game? If you bought it at a physical store, it should be on a little, sealed card in the box. It looks sort of like one of those "open here to see if you've won!" cards you sometimes get in the mail. If you've bought it online, I believe the code should have been emailed to you.
Be warned that, if you bought the game from someone else, you've likely been scammed. The access key is the game, and you can't play without it.
