There should be an access panel under the back seat. Remove the panel, then the tank panel to remove the unit for replacement. Make sure that the battery is disconnected first.

A Dodge Stratus does not have an access panel. The tank needs removed to access the pump.
The fuel sending is located in an access panel under the carpet in the trunk. It is actually part of the fuel pump. Im not quite sure how to replace it but you can get one from a junkyard for 100$ with a 90 day warranty
