No see the thing is only proper vampires can turn to half vampires or they can turn you if they want other then that when a vampire drinks a humans blood they dont just say *hey im not gonna drain this person so ill turn him/her to a vampire*... Half vampires (dhampirs) are not made, they are born. You have to have a vampire father and a living mother.
