If you mean the Power Control Module, it is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment, along the upper edge of the firewall.
Under instrument panel on drivers side on the outboard edge
the module is located under the ignition coil. The coil and module is on the passenger side shock tower. The module has three female connectors along the edge face the block.

This would be under the carpet located in the right front passenger area. The ECM along with the TCM is under the carpet where the feet would be if you were to stretch your legs out on a long roadtrip. It is mounted under a panel that makes up part of the floor. Removing the 10mm bolts around the edge of this panel will expose the larger engine control module and the smaller transmission control module.
