What you're looking for is the low pressure switch. If you look under the hood and follow the large AC line from the compressor, that'll take you on a journey through the low pressure (vacuum) side of the system. At one point, you'll notice that line runs into a large can-like object. That's your accumulator. You'll also notice and electrical connection plugged into it. Trace the wires from that back, and you'll find the location of your low pressure switch. If you're just trying to jump the wires to see if the low pressure switch works, you just disconnect it right there at the accumulator.
