How do you reset the service light on a 2001 Renault Clio?" and can you take your seat out and take the air bags out and how is it done
Its on the underside of the nearside (passenger) wing mirror.
At the right hand side towards the rear of the engine. To access, disconnect the pipe to the air box (just twists a few degrees). Un-hook the rubber clip holding this in place. Then pull the whole of the air box to the right hand side. It should come away from the engine. Now look at the side of the engine where it came from. It'll be a flat panel filter. (instructions from memory so sorry if I've missed some clips etc.)
Looking at the engine from the front, it is the component mounted just below the air cleaner. It is bolted to the right hand side of the engine just below the cam shafts (two round black plastic seals) and above the gearbox.

Its in an air box, at the back of the engine. (Between the engine and the firewall) There are some pictures here http://citroenc3owners.com/diesel-c3-tips/how-to-change-the-air-filter-on-a-citroen-c3-1-4-16v-hdi-t80.html The 8 valve version needs the 3 screws to be removed from the lid to access the air filter. The instructions for the 16v are more complicated and are here http://citroenc3owners.com/diesel-c3-tips/how-to-change-the-air-filter-on-a-citroen-c3-1-4-16v-hdi-t80.html
