In the Great Hall of the castle, the armory is to the left. Once you start the fire, climb the bookcase to the left and light the 4 chandeliers (one at a time) with candles from next to the fireplace. When you find the Tiger's Eye on the floor, put it back into the stuffed head and you receive the armory key.
