The asteroids are in the lower left portion of the solar system, down and to the left of planet Poptropica. There is one large asteroid at X-11, Y-84.
At the bottom center and bottom left side of the solar system. If you head down and left, you will find it. The secret planetoid is at coordinates X-11 Y-82.

When you have all three knights with you, they suggest you look for a giant asteroid, which happens to be at X-11 Y-82 in the Asteroid Belt.
The three knights tell of a mysterious planetoid in the asteroid belt, where a portal to another galaxy exists. Travel to the asteroid belt and to X-11 Y-82, where you can pull the Golden Key and find the Princess.
Once you have beaten all three planets and have all three knights with you, travel to the secret asteroid in the Asteroid Belt (down and left in the solar system). The asteroid is at X-11 Y-84.
If you have all three Knights with you, proceed to the Secret Asteroid (X-11 Y-82) and rescue the Princess. If not, there's nothing to do but shoot space rocks.
When you have all three knights but can't find the Princess, the knights suggest you look for a fabled "giant asteroid". There is one in the Asteroid Belt near X-11, Y-82.

It is in the asteroid belt near the coordinates X-11 Y-84. *You cannot remove the Golden Key on the asteroid until you have defeated the three planets (jungle, fire, and ice) and have all three of the space knights with you.
The planetoid (giant asteroid) where the Binary Bard is hiding is at X-11 Y-84, near the top of the Belt on the far left lower corner of the solar sytem.
