The factory radio doesn't have one. I just ordered and installed an after market one I ordered from Crutchfield.
Under the hood on the drivers side near the passanger compartment

I equipped with an auxillary plug in you will just need a cable to connect the two, if your stereo does not have the plug in you can get an FM transmitter and your music will be broadcast on a preset radio station. Some adapters are available that will add an auxiliary input to your car's stock radio through an unused CD changer port. Go to crutchfield.com and search for "auxiliary input adapters"
OOB or Out Off Band; You would have a modem connected to the AUX port on the router that you would be able to dial into in order for disaster recovery, backup situations or remote configurations.
The 1999 GMC stock radio has and auxiliary port on the back of the radio. Plug your sub woofer into the auxiliary port.
