It is inside the transmission on the valve body. It is called a transmission range sensor.
The alarm is set, activated, or malfunctioning.

Guessing bad headlamp switch. No power to taillight fuse feeds dash fuse also. Need to glance at wiring diagram to troubleshoot fast.
Probably located at top of brake pedal secured by 2 locknuts and 2 wires

The brake light switch is above the pedal.
On a 2000 Chrysler Concorde LXi, the trunk light switch is typically located on the trunk lid itself, often near the latch mechanism. This switch is designed to activate the light when the trunk is opened and turn it off once the trunk is fully opened. If the light remains on or does not turn off, the switch may be stuck or malfunctioning and may need adjustment or replacement.
Try pulling the headlight knob towards you (carefully, don't force it if it doesn't go, but a lot of Chrysler products use this type of switch now).
