At the Bottom of the crossfire map there's a blown up building with a washing machine on the first floor. Jump on that and you will get to the second floor then jump at the edge of the debrey on the second floor then your on the Top floor then you can explore! It will take some time to get the jumps right but persevere and you will succeed. (Old School Mode Only)
