If you are planning for a migration or a long term trip so ut is recommended that you look for an inhabitation in El Marsa ("El" stands for "the") or Cathage, also El Nassr 1 & 2. you can also look in Gammarth or Halk El Wed known in french as Lagoulette. those are places where you'll find sea, good healthy weather and good human mouvement and quality of life.
