once u beat the giant fish thing, and u get ur claw shot. there are 2 rooms. they r exact opposites and both are in the turning staircase room one of them you just climb up and pull a lever out . it should give you a key.... its like a spiral ramp. its got a fish statue in the middle. the second room you have to use ur hook shot to climb becuz the spiral ramp is broken. when you get to the top just pull the lever out of the celing and hookshot to the treasure chest. once the water level rises, u can get to it. i cant tell you the exact spot of the room its in i just know its like a water maze room. srry
