I have a 98 Jimmy slt and mine was located behind the glove box and to the upper left. It was really not that hard to remove.
The glove box folds down easily. I had to remove this round looking component and swing it toward the drivers side and then use a 7/32 socket to remove the two screws. Remove the power plug ,Wiggle the actuator upwards until free. There are a couple of small vacuum lines that have to be removed in the process also.
I am a mother and grandmother .If I can do it so can you!
The air door actuator on a 1998 GMC Jimmy is located in the dash. It is located behind the glove box.
need to know were the blend door actuator is for a 2002 gmc yukon on the drivers side , dual climate controls, rear air and heat
bs
The temperature valve actuator is located on the front of the heater case
Take out the battery and the battery tray. Its underneath the two on my jimmy.
Could be the temp blend door actuator with stripped gears (the gears are made out of plastic). Or, the squirrel cage for the blower has debris in it and it is out of balance.
Driver side below the dash and right next to vent it has a hole in it that ties to a shaft inside the vent i think there is two screws that hold it in place.
How to remove a bad radiator from a 1992 GMC jimmy 4x44-door,v6 engine?....Thank you :)
The 1995 General Motors/GMC Sonoma has the door lock motors and actuator assemblies. These are located in the driver and passenger side doors, behind the door trims.
It depends on the year and wether you have digital or manual air
i have a 4 door 1999 GMC Jimmy and I want to know how much it can pull. thinking of buying a camper this year.
On a 1993 GMC Sierra X-Cab, the door lock relay is located on the outside of the door. After taking off the side panels, the actuator should be visible.
