The blower motor is on the top passenger side under the hood. Also check the wire connections. Make sure they are seated good. On my 1989 you first remove the engine coolant reservoir as the blower motor is right behind it. Disconnect the two wires, remove about 10-12 screws around the motor. Then twist, turn, and wiggle the motor out. It's a pretty tight fit so it won't be the easiest thing to get out.
