It is under the passenger side dashboard, above and in front of the blower motor mounting (purpendicular), screwed into the downside (exposed side) of the air duct. You can only see it only if you can fit nearly all the way under the dash because another part of the system located directly under the glove box conceals it. I used a mirror and a trouble light to locate it. Once you find it, it is easy; 2 - 8mm screws secure it into the duct. I used a nut driver for the screws and a small screwdriver for the clip on the wiring harness.
