Open the glove box. Remove all contents from glove box. Now, slightly close it, and with your right hand, pull the right side hinge side away from the dash. The glove box should flop completely open now, exposing the cab filter cover. Remove and replace. Simply closing the glove box will reset the hinge.

The fuel filters use to be on the frame rail until 2004, After 2004 Chevy started putting them inside of the fuel tank. Now you have to remove the fuel tank to get to the filter. It was to easy when they had them on the frame rail.
