The camshaft position sensor is located in the engine compartment of the 2002 Daewoo Leganza. It is at the end of the camshaft housing.
front left hand side of engine
leganza is way better
look at how to set timing mark for 99 daewoo, explained it there
On the right next to the passenger seat, towards the back adjacent to the threshold kick panel.
how do i tow my deawoo
Take plastic engine cover off, which is on top of engine. You will find 4 Allen screws holding the cover in place. The cover is mounted on top of the valve covers. Camshaft position sensor is located to the left of the engine...(looking at engine) you will see two cam gears, sensor is located between the gears. Good luck!
On the Daewoo Leganza it is located behind the AC compressor.
You can find a camshaft positioning sensor and any other Daewoo parts through Lipscomb Mitsubishi. How to change it I don't know if anyone has the answer please E-mail me --I have a 2000 Nubira (2.0L engine) and the camshaft position sensor is located inside the timing belt cover, on the passenger side of the engine, and behind the timing belt. The right engine mount bracket has to be removed so make sure you support the engine first--the alternator seems to have a pretty stout bracket to place the support under. The sensor is located towards the very top, behind and between the two camshaft sprockets/gears.
How do reset security code on a daewoo laganza
to the right of front passenger seat
Where is the crankshaft sensor on daewoo cielo glx 1996 dohc.
what does trouble code p0420 means on 2000 daewoo laganza
For DOHC engines its located under the sparks plugs cover near the camshaft email@example.com
I started by removing the camshaft cover, then I realized the many other parts have to be removed before being able to succesfuly replace the sensor.... I also would like to know the procedure. Thanks
On the 2000 model it is part of the distributor and you either replace complete distributor or try to dismantle the distributor and replace sensor only.
For example a 2000 Nissan Sentra and a 2000 Daewoo Laganza are the same heater core but the Maxima is not..............
what is the timing marks on the camshaft what is the timing marks on the camshaft
the camshafts are identical, take the bolt out of the camshaft sprocket and you will see how the camshaft pin is positioned, that is what makes a intake camshaft or a exhaust camshaft
You can order cut replacement keys through the Daewoo Motor America website at www.daewoous.com. You must include the complete Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in order to determine the correct key code.
i use it for a small amount of added acceleration like when im cutting in front of someone.well im sure you get the point.
The ignition timing is not adjustable. It is controled by the computer and is a result of inputs from several sensors including TPS (throttle position sensor) and map (manifold absolute pressure) or maf (mass airflow sensor) and engine speed from the crankshaft position sensor and engine position from the camshaft position sensor.
Yes, Have them check the camshaft sensor....
