It is mounted in the side of the engine block behind the starter. You must remove the starter to even see it.
The throttle position sensor is not adjustable.
It is on the top of the engine on the passenger side. There are two of these. One for intake and one for exhaust.
It's located with the MAF sensor on top of the air intake just after the air filter box.
