You can get the card after you complete the "Twisted Wizard" game and Greg gives you the game to return to Rowley. Then go to Rowley's house, talk to Rowley through the window, then go jump on his dad's car. Run quickly to the bush on the left side of the door and click "Hide" Then click on the open door before Rowley's dad returns. (You may have to do this twice.) Once you have successfully sneaked inside, Rowley will give you a "Joshie" card as a thank-you. Use it to open the laundry room door. (Make sure you turn off Rodrick's power while you are there.)
