Game Center is an Apple application you have to download to your computer in order to log in and use. You must have an internet connection in order to use its features, which include playing games with friends online. Simply open Game Center on your computer and log in using your Apple ID. If you don't have one, create a new Apple ID. UPDATE: Actually, you can't get Game Center on a computer unless you have a mac. (unless you use third-party applications to download it) Game Center is only available on apple products and is not compatible with games outside of apple. Hope this helps. (Not trying to be smart Aleck here but google it if you don't believe me!!!!)
