It`s in the palm tree on the far right.
stand on it
You Stand On It ...
It's on top of the pub (on the chimney).
At Parrot Port, the "vent" is the chimney on the roof of Petey's Pirate Pub.
You have to find a stale cracker, then stand next to the guy who wants the parrot and place it next to him
Go and stand on top of it (Petey's Pub). The parrot has moved to the palm tree at far right.
It is located at the top of the Petey's pirate pub.
The most prominent parrot is at Parrot Port on Skullduggery island. In order to get the map piece from that island, you have to follow the parrot's instructions, including jumping in the ocean and covering up a smoking chimney.
Clog the Vent in Parrot Port on Poptropica's Skull Dugery Island means to back up the chimney at the pub.:)
You find the parrot.
Stand on the chimney of Petey's Pub at Parrot Port, to partly block the smoke. This will satisfy the pesky parrot, who will go to the palm tree at far right.(*the ash screen there is new and was added after the island opened)This is the second part of the parrot chase. When you first see it at the trading post, it tells you to go jump into the sea. When you return, it is on a higher window and tells you to block the vent. Once you do that, the parrot appears at the palm tree at the far right. You should get the cracker from inside the Pub (upper left) before you go to see the pirate at the tower near the beach. Once you talk to the pirate, use the cracker and the parrot will come there. When the pirate gets the parrot back, he gives you the map piece for parrot Port.
You just jump on the chimney AFTER YOU ASK THE PARROT. Then, hop in the sea (not in your boat) and go back out. The parrot will be on the roof of another building. Then, you go to the far right, and talk to the parrot again. After that, you go to his owner who is at the top of the tower and use the cracker to guide the parrot back to his owner. If you have not found the cracker yet, it is in Petey's Pirate Pub. *Every time you log out of poptropica, It is like you never asked the parrot, so always ask again.
