OMFG Did you ever heard of Action Replay? Its cheating device! When you use it you can walk trough everything. So when you lucky enough to open Mirage Island then use the cheat and try to find cave behind it. If there no cave then there is no Regitimas City! That city is real but it 100% impossible to get there without cheating! It is behind Mirage Island! But I'm sure you never gonna get there! I did but I almost destroyed me game because of it!!! But if really need to get there just search in wiki answers "how to get to the regitimas city in emerald?" I did answer that! And if you want to obtain jirachi from outer space... THAT DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!! Only if you change something in gamecode but that is stupid! And there is no way to get to outer space even if you use gameshark or action replay! And if you find someway you can destroy your game I destroyed one of my game because I download fake Pokemon in it from internet using wireless adapter! I had to buy new one! Lol and you can't get celebi in English speaking game the only way is to get it from japenese version of colloseum bonus disk! And you can't trade Pokemon with different languages! The only one way to get it leggally is Journey Across America Event, Or cheating devices(boring)! And Hex Event works only in few games! lol! I recommend you to stop playing Pokemon and play runescape alot more fun!
