The fuse that controls the clock also controls the cigarette lighter. It's fuse 15 and is labeled "CIG" on the diagram. The fuse box is located on the left under the steering wheel, behind the little thingy, for lack of a better term, that pops in and out, the diagram is on the back of the box, you'll see it once you pop the little thing out of place.
where is the fuse box in a Toyota solara
If there's a separate fuse for the clock it will be found in the cabin fuse box. It's under the dashboard behind the coin holder on the Gen I Solara. You'll find a fuse diagram inside the fuse box lid labeling the purpose of each fuse. Cheers
Yes there is a fuse associated with the clock. It is the same fuse for the Cigarrette lighter, check the small panel by the drivers side pull out the coin holder and look at the diagram at the back to find where the fuse is.
Yes, it has a fuse and a relay.

The 1992 Toyota 4-Runner does not have a separate fuse for the clock. There are, however, two fuses that control the radio and clock. At slots 18 and 19 in the fuse box, there is a mirror/radio fuse and a radio fuse.
Check your owners manual or the underside of the fuse panel lid. One fuse will be labeled for gauges and meters (possibly along with the cruise control, airbag and other systems). That's a place to start. BUT, if all of your meters are working and only the clock has gone dark I'd suspect the instrument rather than the fuse. Cheers
