You could, but because the '94 Prelude is heavier than the '89 Prelude, it doesn't make sense to swap in a smaller powered motor.
Remove inspection plate on bottom of transmission, bar the engine until you visualy see the adjuster on clutch, press clutch pedal, push in and turn adjuster clockwise until about two inches of free travel at clutch pedal is achieved (5/8 socket for adjuster)

To adjust a clutch on a 2000 Road King, take out the fasteners surrounding the clutch cover. Then slide the rubber boot around the clutch adjuster away from the adjustment hardware. Loosen locknut and back out the adjuster. Squeeze the clutch lever three times to set the clutch release mechanism.
