On the fire wall in the engine compartment right in front of the steering wheel.
The clutch master cylindar should be right beside the brake master cylindar. I have run across a couple of cars that have the brakes on the passenger side but never the clutch. I assume this holds true for your car. As far as adjusting a hydraulic clutch, they don't. If the clutch is not pushing in enough, it is usually the slave cylindar which is located on the bell housing of the transmission. They get worn and need to be replaced.
Clutch master cylinder reservoir.
How to change a clutch and master cylinder on a 93 jeep wrangler

To replace the clutch master cylinder on a 1993 Toyota Paseo, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal and remove the clutch fluid reservoir cap. Then, detach the hydraulic lines from the master cylinder and unbolt it from the firewall. Install the new master cylinder by reversing the removal process, ensuring all connections are secure and refilling the reservoir with the appropriate fluid. Finally, bleed the clutch system to remove any air before testing the clutch operation.
you will have to remove the transmission. once you have the tranny off you can remove and replace the clutch...if you buy a new clutch specific directions will come with it...too long to write here.
Shared with the brake fluid.
Drivers side, near the brake master cylinder, Look for a cap that screws on.
You don't because there isn't one. Your car has a hydraulic clutch--there's a master cylinder on the pedal and a clutch cylinder on the side of the transmission.
yes it is with the slave cylinder being inside the bee housing. the clutch master cylinder reservior is to the right facing the firewall. it requires brake fluid
The most probable cause is that the clutch is either not releasing; master/slave cylinder not working, or the clutch itself is damaged.
