The plugs are located on top of the engine under what are called coil packs. There are not traditional plug wires. You will need a torx bit (#25 I think) to remove these, a long socket extension, and the appropriate size deep socket. There are two screws holding the coil pacl in place, be careful not to strip out the center. Good Luck

It is located under dash near the hood release lever. There is a fuse box and diagram there for your convenience. The fuse is a 25 amp fuse.
I recently replaced a powered right side mirror on a 99 Cirrus. All I did was order a new mirror (through a used parts salvage yard) for fairly cheap. The used ones cost about the same price, so I went with new. It came with directions on how to locate the mounting screws and everything. The repair took less than 25 minutes in my driveway.

Hi, you need a 25 torx and a spark plug socket w/ a 6 or 9" extension and a piece of tubing that is snug on the top of the plug. Remove the wire plug to the coil pack for each plug and remove the 2 #25 torx head bolts. Loosen the plug and with a piece of hose or tubing pull it out.
To fix your 25 horsepower Chrysler impeller, you will first need to find out what is wrong with the impeller. If it is clogged, you might simply be able to blow the obstruction out of the impeller. In some cases it will require replacement.
