when you go into the castle.jump on the block and you will see the comic medal.and they make comics appear.
if you get all of the stars and comic medals.
you make green comics appear in all of the galaxy!
in the first super Mario galaxy you need to get close to finishing the game or just beat that area ( Terrace, Fountain, etc.) Lets take the Good Egg Galaxy for example, u have got to get all the stars available so far in that galaxy, later you will get an alert saying that a comet has just appeared there in the second Super Mario galaxy you simply need a comet medal. They are scattered in the worlds. There is one in most levels, other levels don't have any comet medals. If you get a comet medal in Yoshi Star galaxy you will get a prankster comet there later.
First, you need to have beaten the first star in the galaxy. Second, you need to have the comet medal in the galaxy. It is on the final planet, off to the right of a platform near the end. Third, you'll need 9999 starbits in the Toad bank. This is probably what you're missing.
There is a comet medal in every first star of a galaxy. Some galaxies don't have comets (not including green star comets.) This means that comets appear based on how many medals you have, not which galaxy you got them from. For example, if you have all the comet medals except the one in Yoshi Star Galaxy, then it's still possible for a comet to appear there, but it means that a comet might not appear in Boulder Bowl. In short, YES. I think it's best to get every comet medal so you don't have to ask this question.
Super Mario Galaxy 2 is similar that that of the first game. Along with the help of Yoshi and other characters, Mario isn't obtaining power stars for powering a Comet Observatory, instead they are needed simply to reach Bowser, rescue Princess Peach and save the universe.

Supermassive Galaxy
you have to go on the swing right after the second mushroom-thing you swing all the way up, and spin Mario so that he gets on the wall. when you get to the top, there is a star waiting for you.
It begins when star bits fall on the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario is invited to have cake at Peach's castle. When Mario gets there, he meets a luma. This luma gave Mario the ability to spin! Mario goes to the castle. It turns out that Bowser has captured Peach! He escapes. Mario meets some other lumas who set off Mario to his first adventure. When you beat that galaxy, a luma called Lubba makes Mario the captain of his ship so he can rescue Peach. That sets off Mario to his adventures!
First, get 120 stars with Mario. Then, do it again with Luigi. After this, the Grand Finale Galaxy will open on the Trial Galaxies planet.
well first of all there's no such thing as a ghost fruit. its called ghost mushroom and you first get it in the first ghost galaxy.
Rosalina is the 'princess' of the Comet Observatory in Super Mario Galaxy. She is in the main hub and is the 'Mama' of the Luma's. Well I know that's right but if you want to know how to unlock her in Mario Kart then first open the mirror cup by racing on all 150cc cups and you HAVE TO GET 1ST PLACE ON ALL RACES!!! Then you should unlock Mirror Cup and Princess Daisy. Race on all mirror cups and get a good ranking most likely star ranking then you should unlock her!!! Hope my Mario Kart advice helped =-)
No. You can only have up to 2 players in Super Mario Galaxy. The first player controls Mario, and the second one can collect star bits.
