Where is the computer in a 1998 Chevy Venture?

(When I was removing some parts to reach the thermostat

I was surprised to see the computer box inside the engine air filter).

-Start by removing the semi-clear white plastic coolant reservuir,

which is snop-on a pipe bar (on your right front when facin the car)

and bellow it is the air cleaner black plastic box.

Open it and when you remove the top cover

that's where it is the computer the size of about 7''x 7''x 2''

aluminum box with a wire harness over an inch diameter

sticking out on front-inner corner of that air filter box

visable even before remove any part.

I tried to find it in the Haynes book,but I could not,

that's because I want to verify that what

it seems obvious to me.
