There are two drain plugs on the RT3's Both are on the bottom of the crank case. There is one on the generator side and one on the clutch side.
If it's the stock motor, there is no drain plug under the crankcase. If it's aftermarket there might be a plug to drain oil from the crankcase, which would seldom if ever be necessary.

There are two! One by the oil filter cap and the other is at the opposite end of the crankcase. They don't look like drain plugs, but they are.
There is no oil filter.. The drain plug is on the left side of the bike.
