To adjust the headlights on a 2001 Chevy Tracker, park the vehicle on a level surface facing a wall about 10-25 feet away. Turn on the headlights and mark the center of the light beams on the wall with tape. Adjust the vertical and horizontal screws on the headlight assembly until the top of the beam is at or just below the tape mark and the beam is centered. Repeat for both headlights to ensure proper alignment.
No...the 99 has 2 bulbs and the 01 has 1 bulb
there is no adjustments on the headlights.
TRY CHECKING TO SEE IF YOU HAVE A HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHT OUT. tHIS WILL CAUSE THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE.
On my 2000 Astro there is a small button just below and to the left of the headlight switch. Push that button four times in a row and you will hear a chime and the automatice headlights will be disabled. Tricky, eh?
Sounds like the battery went dead or you have loose/dirty battery connections.
Assuming headlights, check fuses. Overheadlights, check override button left side of dash board near odometer.
