On Magnum and Hemi engines there is no distributor cap. The engine's control module and individual ignition coils at each sparkplug eliminate the need for a distributor.
The ignition coil should be inside the distributor behind the cap. Remove the distributor cap screws, remove the cap and you will see the coil.
