The answer depends on what level you are. There are the level 28 hill giants in the dungeon to the west of Varrock. There are some level 42 moss giants deep in the Varrock Sewers, a small island west of Brimhaven, and some other locations. There are the level 82 lesser demons in the Taverly Dungeon, Karamja Dungeon and more locations. There are the Level 112 Blue Dragons in the Taverly Dungeon as well as the level 48 Blue Baby Dragons. And these are just a few of the MANY, MANY locations to train. And you can train any combat skill, not just attack with these locations.
baby blue dragons are in the taverly dungeon. you'll need a dusty key. just go to the location where it says blue dragons on the map of the dungeon. the door you have to enter just before you can get to the blue dragons is locked, hence the dusty key (you'll need it for every entry). there are a few lvl 111 blue dragons as well, so take an anti-dragon shield and good armour as well.
Snape grass can be dropped by chaos druids in taverly dungeon.
The chest that contains a Dragonstone is located in Taverly, but you will need a full crystal key to access it.
