The dragon's den is in blackthorn city behind Clair's gym... You can only get inside the den if you beat her. You have to have surf to get there. There is a house. you go inside and answer the old man's questions. Then Clair will come back in.... oh sorry... im ruining it... Well, now you know where it is.
