There is no force called effort force.All force are called force. You may heard Gravitational force, frictional force before because that is the name given by the scientist. So if you do not know what is the name(because sometimes there is none,just like your case on force provided by a machine) just simply call it a force.
For a rotational output such as a petrol or diesel engine, the force is Torque, which is measured in Foot.pounds or Newton.meters.
That really depends on the toaster. Try it out, with your own toaster.
load force and friction oppose the effort force
The effort force is the force that is applied to an object that causes it to move. The object reciprocates with a resistance force. If the effort force is greater than the resistance force, the object moves.

Actually, pulleys cannot multiply effort force. It can only change the direction of the effort force.

actually, the effort force would be decreasing, and the effort distance would be increasing!
It is not a machine, which by definition must transmit work and motion. The toaster does neither of these. Also machines will have some value of mechanical advantage, which is simply the ratio of force output over force input. There is no mechanical advantage from a toaster.
Effort load is how much force it takes to lift and object. You can measure effort force with a spring scale.
The effort required would be proportional to the resistance.
The ratio of resistance force to effort force is a mechanical advantage.
the force is less because if the fulcrum is father away from the effort the force will increase and become greater. so if the fulcrum is closer to the effort there will be less force.
