It should be on top in the intake manifold it should be near the thermostat housing. Good Luck !

It's on the front of the cylinder head right side . if your facing the car engine in the front it will be on the left side with a 10 mm bolt holding it in place
It doesn't have a governor pressure sensor. The "rev" limiter is part of the computer programming and can not be changed.

The 2.4L engine that came in the Alero takes 4.25qts. I can't remember if the 2.2L Ecotec engine ever came in this car, if it did that takes 4.75 - 5qts.

it could be the shift linkage being that both gears over there wont work
