Where is the fan relay in a 1994 ford e-150?
I found the relay fastened in front of the battery, behind the grill on my E150 1990 van. It has a 3 prong plug and is fastened to the frame with two 7.5mm screws. Cost $15.00 Good luck.

The relay is called the CCRM or IRCM and is located in front of the engine bay, between the air filter and the front passenger light, it has a wiring harness that is screwed into the module. Oh yeah, btw: CCRM = Constant Control Relay Module , IRCM = Integrated Relay Control Module. This relay contols the fan, fuel pump and A/C clutch if I'm not mistaken.

It may be the relay or it may be the fan. Take a multimeter out and see what kind of voltage you are ghtting at the fan connection versus the realy.
