It does not have a reset or cut off switch.
Fuel pump is in the tank on the chrysler mini-vans. have to drop the tank to access the pump. there is no inertia switch on dodge and chrysler products. Could have a problem with the fuel pump relay , believe it is under hood in the fuse box.
It is a the left rear of the engine compartment just as the fuel line goes back to the tank.
The relay switch on a 1997 Chrysler Town and Country mini van is located on the front bumper reinforcement. It is controlled by the PCM (Powertrain Control Module).
Find the fuse for it and pull it.
