Look under vehicle along frame rail by driver or in front of tank follow fuel lines Disconnect hose clamps and install new filter make note of fuel flow direction It should be bolted on the firewall, behind the transmission. You will need to disconnect the fuel lines, both are bolted to the filter. You want to remove the drivers side wheel to get better access to the bottom line but not necessary.
