For most GM vehicles it is usually behind the driver, under the vehicle, tucked into the fram member. Most GM fuel filters are located behind the driver, under the vehicle. The process is usually quite simple, but be careful to not be directly under the fuel filter as you disconnect the lines to and from the filter. Quite a bit of fuel will come out and it will drip on YOU, making a big mess and causing a fire hazard. Don't smoke when you're changing a fuel filter.
