The fuel filter is located underneath the car on the drivers side. Look along the inside of the frame. It will be a canister type filter. You might want to double check the engine size. You probably have a 2.4 liter engine. If possible go to your local auto parts store and purchase a Chilton's repair manual for your car. It has helped me alot. Hope all goes well.
