∙ 18y agoOn a 1991 Cherokee Laredo, it's on the underside of the car towards the rear of the car on the drivers side, almost parallel with the rear wheels. It is bolted to the underside of the car using a bracket with two screws which are probably rusted solid. Good luck.

∙ 14y agoIt should be right under your rear driver side fender along the frame rail. I have a 1996 Cherokee Classic and it was fairly easy to do. Just a small clamp strap holding it to the rail, then 2 clamps holding it on. Just be careful, lots of fuel will come out from the side leading to the engine. It took me roughly 15 minutes to get it done, that's only because I was taking my time.
