Where is the fuel filter located on a 1993 Geo Metro 3 cylinder non-carburated automatic?

Follow the fuel line from the engine to the tank and find it. It's in the fuel tank. Mine is bolted to the frame on the left front corner of the gas tank. It is a metal canister type filter.
