Where is the fuel filter located on a Ford F-250 diesel Super Crew you know there is one on the frame rail and one in the engine compartment. Is either close to the fuel tank itself?

Hey dude, just been to the local Ford delership with a similar question. My '97 F250 XL diesel has only one fuel filter. that's the one on top of the block.
On the 2004-2007 f series super dutys there are two, one is located along the fuel rail/water separator under the driver side door, the other is located on the top of the block in the front driverside area of the engine compartment.
