Its not under the car, its actually under the air filter thing inside a small tube. Im not a car person but I watched my mechanic change mine in my 1985 Classic. You have to take off your air filter and the whole air filter holder thing, if that makes sense. Then toward your upper left its a small tube. The fuel filter goes inside that tube. It about half the size of your hand and shaped like a cylinder. I hope this helps Its not under the car, its actually under the air filter thing inside a small tube.
