its under the hood, below the air cleaner, bolted to the drivers side inner fender. unless you have a major fuel problem, like sand in the gastank or you have good fuel pressure up to it but bad pressure after it, dont bother with it. i havent changed one or had any problems with any in 10 years working on toyotas!
