The fuel filter is in the back up in under on the back of the gas tank. On any car or engine, you can always start at the fuel injector or carbourator and follow the line leading to it backwards till you find any part of the fuel system your looking for, including modified ones. This should only take a few minutes and has the advantage of exposing any other things (like pressure regulators, etc) also in the system that may have caused a problem. Uh...this also works from the gas tank and following it forward...or anywhere along the system you want to start! True, if it's in the fuel tank, as some are, you'll end up, by elimination, isolating it to having to be there
Fits a Chev or GMC Pick-up (63-90 Year Model)
Need to replace the ignition module in the distributor, If you are sure the fuel pump is working.
The Montero was made by Mitsubishi

The fuel filter is located on the fire wall just left of center. You can tell it is because it has the fuel line going into the top then one coming out of the bottom.
as to fuel, probably a pump or filter as to fire, could be the coil or distributer cap
check fuel filter and pressure
I was informed that the fuel filter shoulf be changed between 90 000km - 100 000km. The fuel filter is situated in the petrol tank and will only need to be changed every 80 000-100 000 km and not with every service...
Depends on the year. Most mid/late 90's Ram Trucks have a non servicable fuel filter. It is part of the fuel pump which is inside the gastank.
According to automotive supply warehouses, the 2000 Dodge Neon does not have a separate fuel filter. The fuel pressure sensor or fuel filter is built right into the fuel pump assembly. If there is a problem with the vehicle not getting fuel, the fuel pump will have to be replaced. This part ranges between $90 and $120 depending on engine size.
the fuel filter on the 92 topaz is located on the right inside fender, on the 90 it may be in the same place, if not you can follow the fuel line from the gas tank to the front of the vehicle and it should be visible.
