under the car, in the back under the trunk right in front of the fuel tank. you will need to raise the car a bit to access it. Take you your fuel injection fuse and open the fuel cap before removing the fuel filter. And be very careful with those plastic clips on the smaller end of the fuel filter. If you break them before the filter comes out it will take you 3 hours and a whole lot of muscle to force it out. I learned that the hard way.
