The fuel filter is located just below the fuel injector pump. The fuel filter will be on the right hand side of the engine.

i believe it might be situated behind the sump at the front of the car or behind the ecu or oil filter, see haynes manual It's at the back just in front of the fuel tank. Just follow the fuel lines to the back and you will find it.
